In pursuance of the above mentioned subject I, on behalf of the Birpara College would like to inform you that I am giving hereunder the reply towards confirmation of your terms & conditions in a nutshell.
I would request you for early considering our request for allotment of NCC in our institution by which large number of students would be benefitted.
Declaration by Head of Institution
- We are eagerly waiting for allotment of NCC till the vacancy will create.
- We are also adhere to accept the conditions lay down from you end. Provisions for office furniture, computer with high speed internet are available in this institution. We would also provide printer, stationery, store room, training ground and dedicated clerk for smooth conducting the NCC activities.
- Undertake to open a dedicated Tiffin and Washing Allowance (TAWA)/NCC as when NCC will be allotted.
- A permanent teacher with the age of 35 years will be assigned at the time of allotment of NCC Company.
